Technical characteristics

Rebuild of AS14-SAS16-BS14-BS20 models:
Once the frame has been repainted, the machine is reassembled "like a Swiss watch" by experienced technicians.
The gearbox is replaced by a variable brushless motor, controlled by a SIEMENS or FANUC control.
All wearing parts are replaced by parts manufactured in-house identical to original TORNOS parts.
Depending on the options chosen by our customers, we can integrate:
- the CNC tapper
- the CNC Pick-up
- CNC carriages: stroke X=25mm, stroke Z=50mm
- spindle stopping for radial drilling operations.
